I didn't receive a response. What can I do? There are a few reasons that you might not have received a response from a seller.

  1. The seller is offline
    1. Wait until they resume processing transactions or send them a message
  2. The seller is resolving some issues
    1. Wait and see if the transactions are processed and check back for the response
  3. Your wallet is out of sync
    1. Try sending yourself a transaction from a different wallet to see if transaction history is working
    2. Restore your wallet from seed using a full node to restore all transactions

If you have tried the steps above and cannot resolve the issue, please join the Discord channel or report an issue (when this becomes available) .

You should receive some sort of response for any products purchased but if the seller is offline (paused or closed the Seller App) then the transaction will be processed when the seller starts the app again.
